Are these crystals natural?

Most of our crystals are 100% natural. Only some of them are "man-made" and will mention under the product.

Can I customize the size?

Of course! Feel free to leave a message or email for more instuctions or size wanted for the products. We can also allow extra string for bracelets.

Can I return the order?

I am sorry that we do not allow order return. Orders can be return before shipping. Once the order get shipped, it can not return because all of our crystals are First hand crystals which means there's no one effect the energy. And you can always clear the energy before used! Thanks for the understanding.
